National Go Canoeing Week – 28th May to 5th June

Next week is National Go Canoeing Week, from 28 May to 5 June. British Canoeing is running a fun event to inspire paddling. During that time, record your paddles, register at the Go Canoeing website, and you’ll have the chance to win prizes! Louise has kindly offered to be the Mileage Monitor, and will register the total club mileage completed. There are also random prize draws and any paddler is eligible

First prize (for the club who registers the most miles): A Dagger Katana Club Spec boat, a Drift paddle and a Quest PFD

First prize for the individual who registers the most miles: A Wave Sport Ethos Blackout boat

Random prize draws: These include bottles, buoyancy aids, and clothing.

So sign up on the poster in the club hallway, and record at least one paddle next week!

Best wishes

Melanie
